Amy Winehouse performs at the MTV EMA's 07: Drunk? High? Just Plain Normal? You Decide!

Amy Winehouse performed at the MTV EMA's recently, and decided to perform one of her less played songs "Back to Black." OK, that's fine, but being we've never heard this song before, we can't really decide if we're seeing the drunk or drugged up Winehouse that we see regularly in pics from her everyday life, or if this song just really sounds like this! We've heard her MTV hits like "Rehab" and "No Good" like everyone else, but uh, this song is might even be in another language. So we're calling all Amy Winehouse fans, or haters if the case may be, to distinguish what is really going on here with the following "performance."

So, for years now, all of us Goonies fans have surely at one time or another thought about how cool a video game based on the Goonies would be, especially since the next gen consoles can do so much and have so much depth. Well the closest we've come to a Goonies game is the old Nintendo versions that hardly resembled ANYthing that was seen in the movie. Well, the following video illustrates PERFECTLY why the Goonies for Nintendo Wii would be one of the most fun games EVER. I always thought about the cool mysteries and puzzles to solve, picking which character you wanted to play as etc., but THIS video shows another side, having to truffle shuffle your way to victory! Not only that, but turning One Eyed Willy's keys, working out with Brand, the list goes on and on! We can even see eating with Chunk, hair combing with Mouth, and using an inhaler with Mikey! November 1 is our Z- List pseudo-celebrity, television semi-personality sexual assualt day here at D-Loh. We already discussed Don Vito being fingered for groping little girls. Now we read that a contestant on Big Brother Africa fingered another contestant while she was passed out drunk. We don't really follow African television, but we could definitely see something like that happening on our US show.

Shit, the news is even buzzing about the rape of a boy in Dubai and the HIV/AIDS coverup.

MTV's Don Vito convicted, on TWO counts of Sexual Assault on a Child!

(AP) — The man known as "Don Vito" on MTV's show Viva La Bam was convicted Wednesday of two counts of sexual assault on a child. Vincent Margera, 51, who was accused of groping three girls ages 12 to 14 during an autograph signing event last year at mall skate park in the Denver suburb of Lakewood, fell to the floor cursing and yelled, "Just kill me now."

HILARIOUS! I can just picture his big ass rolling around on a court room, screaming out gobbeldy gook and god knows what else.

He was acquitted of a third count of sex assault on a child. He faces a sentence of probation to six years in prison on each conviction. If he doesn't comply with sex offender treatment as part of the sentence, he could potentially spend life in prison, district attorney's spokeswoman Pam Russell said.

After Margera's courtroom outburst, deputies restrained him and took him to jail, where he was being held without bail until his sentencing hearing, set for Dec. 20.

Defense attorney Pamela Mackey had argued that when Margera appeared at the skate park, he took on the persona of the outrageous and profane Don Vito. Mackey had said that Margera, a car painter, learned that the crazier he acted, the more his fans loved it.
