Remember When?

Remember when wrestling ruled? I do. This right here is the last great mark out moment WWE had. Last time I got chills, last time I jumped up and down on the couch, last time I threw my coffee table out the window because of something so awesome happening. Sigh........

  1. This is still to this day, my favorite wrestling moment ever. I had begun to get bored around this time, and that moment pulled right back in, and i've been hooked ever since. I have this on my computer in perfect condition.

  2. 100% agree, such a great moment. The thing that seperated this from the bullshit we see today, WWE took a risk! Jericho was cool in WCW, but by NO means a main eventer. He had great matches, and great comedy, but wasnt allowed to do much more than be a good cruiserweight with better mic skills than the rest. Then he goes to WWE, gets the best entrance ever, debuts against the fuckin ROCK, so it was like FUCK YEAH WWE, and FUCK YOU WCW, THIS is what WWE gives us, they don't hold guys back, talented guys come to WWE and OWN shit. Stuff like this is why WWE eventually beat WCW. guys like Jericho, Austin, Rock, Foley, etc. were given chances to blow up and own shit...and now, well, WWE has given up on doing things this way, they don't care who got cheered in other feds, they're going to just TELL us we're gonna like Cena and Lashley, and that's it, no argument. I'm very curious if Vince Russo had something to do with the awesomeness of the Jericho debut, becasue in today's WWE, he would've debuted on Heat against Viscera, and would've been lucky to get a win. Ahh the good old days.
